Registered User(s) - A person who has voluntarily registered their details on Web 4 Materials Handling and who may at their discretion contribute information to the Site.

Site - Web 4 Materials Handling, its contents and any services offered within the site by Quartz Publishing and Exhibtions Ltd.
Quartz Publishing and Exhibtions Ltd - owners of the Site whose registered office is Quartz Publishing and Exhibtions Ltd, Armstrong House, 38 Market Square, Uxbridge, Middlesex UB8 1TG, England.
Visitor - Any person who logs in to the Site for the purpose of viewing and/or acting upon the information contained therein. A visitor may also be a Registered User.

REGISTRATION OBLIGATIONS

REGISTERED USER\'S RESPONSIBILITIES

A Registered User may not:
* Impersonate any person or entity, including an employee or agent of Quartz Publishing and Exhibtions Ltd;
* Disrupt the operation of any portion of the Site, including any server or network involved in the operation of the Site;
* Collect from the Site names of other Registered Users for the purpose of transmitting to those others unsolicited commercial messages.
Posting, Transmitting and Posting 3rd Party Materials
A Registered User can be held liable for any illegal or prohibited 3rd Party Material that they provide to the Site or to other Visitors through the Site, including, for example, illegal, infringing, defamatory, or offensive materials.
A Registered User must therefore agree that they will not post, transmit, email or otherwise make accessible on or through the Site any 3rd Party Material that:

* Violates any local, state, national or other applicable law, including those of the country in which you reside.
LICENSE FOR Quartz Publishing and Exhibtions Ltd TO USE 3RD PARTY MATERIAL
If you elect to submit, post or transmit any 3rd Party Material for inclusion in the Site then you grant Quartz Publishing and Exhibtions Ltd a perpetual, world-wide, royalty free, non-exclusive, sub-licensable license to use, reproduce, translate, alter, display and publish any such 3rd Party Material, in whole or part, in all present or future versions of the Site, and in any media used to promote the Site.
INDEMNIFICATION
You agree to indemnify, defend and hold harmless Quartz Publishing and Exhibtions Ltd, its subsidiaries, affiliates, directors, partners, employees, agents, suppliers and other Registered Users to the Site from any losses, expenses, damages and costs, including any legal fees, made by a third party due to or resulting from any violation of this Agreement by you, including but not limited to any claims arising as a result of a Visitor\'s use of any of the 3rd Party Materials submitted by you or on your behalf to the Site.

INTERNATIONAL USE AND EXPORT LAW
Due to the international nature of this Site you must agree to comply with all national and local laws relating to the area in which you reside regarding online conduct and acceptability and also to any export controls governing the area in which you reside.
GENERAL
